Once you’re ready to checkout, click the ‘MY SHOPPING BAG’ button situated in the top right corner of our website, and follow the on-screen instructions through the checkout process to pay. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

When you sign up, we at Smoove consider you as one of our most important costumers, which means that we will send you the best deals before everyone else sees them. Plus as a signed up customer, we are able to make the whole buying process much more smooth and easy for you, which will allow you to move through our checkout quicker.

At the moment we accept - Visa, Master Card and American Express - as our main credit cards. We will probably expand with more payment options in the future, but for now that's what we have decided to accept.
We offer Worldwide Shipping - but we’ve unfortunately had some ongoing delivery problems with a few shipping zones, which has lead to the decision of excluding these shipping zones from our list. We are very sorry, but it’s unfortunately out of our hands.
When checking out, you’ll find the shipping costs on the right side, directly under your order information. Shipping fees depends on how eagerly you want your new purchase from Smoove. So it’s basically up to you, to decide how much you want to spend on shipping.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days. But you are able to choose from a wide range of shipping solutions, depending on how urgent you need your new SMOOVE item. We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships off.

You can change your order, but you better be quick, because we process our orders super fast, so please contact us - [email protected] - within 1 hour of placing your order, if you wish to cancel or amend it. And if you would like to add another item to your order after it has been completed, you will have to place a separate order.
The best way to figure out which size to buy, is to check our Size and Fit guide. By comparing this guide with your own size and measurements, you should get a pretty accurate fit.
