Once again, if you do not agree to the terms above or do not want to be bound by these terms, then strictly DO NOT use or access any part of our site, or use any of our services. Smoove may terminate the services or any portion thereof, any website, blog or webpage within the services, or any products or services offered through the services, or terminate your right to access or use the services, or any portion thereof, without notice, and at any time for or without any reason.
All users of SMOOVE agree that access to and use of this site, are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
After your payment is authorized and verified, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days, but our costumers can choose from a wide range of shipping options, depending on how urgent you need your product from SMOOVE. Furthermore you will receive a shipping notification email, that will notify you when your item is on its way.
Your order will be sent to the address which matches the one in your order info and your Smoove-account. It’s therefore essential to make sure that your address is complete, and that you use your correct delivery address with your house number, street, postal code and country.
Depending on were you are located, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. If you do not respond to the notice, your package will be returned to smoove, and your order will be cancelled. Then a full refund will be processed to your account only when the package is returned and in good condition. This whole process may take up to 6 weeks or more and there is no way we can speed this up.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Please note we do our best to provide you with a quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur. If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date, then please be patient and give it a few more days and your order will be there before you know it.
If you have given it a few days and the situation remains, then just follow these steps:
A) Check the delivery address of your order.
B) Remember to check, that you have not been left with a “mail notice” through your letter box, stating that they have tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office.
C) It’s also a good idea to check with your neighbours and places around your property for left parcels, and please contact your local post office, to see if your parcel is still in their care.
D) Send us an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to solve the situation.
PS. International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks and handling, slow local delivery services or busy periods of the year fx. Christmas and other important holidays etc.
Please be advised that customs charges and / or import duties are determined by the customs office of the destination country. And where it is applicable, it may be delivered once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Smoove. For further details of charges and fees, please contact your local customs office.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery.
These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and / or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ for every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by SMOOVE, since we has no control over local customs / import duties. You may call your local customs for more information. ALL CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED BY Shipping company UPON DELIVERY. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from SMOOVE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any tax / custom duties that are incurred on the package, and also the cost of returning the package to SMOOVE or the package will be abandon and disposed by the carrier specified in your shipment with no refund made. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you refuse a shipment from SMOOVE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SMOOVE. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
All prices listed on our site are charged in Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card, determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. By placing an order at smoove.me , you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Smoove. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

We hope you are very happy with your new item. However, if it’s not a “divine match”, you may return or exchange your new “goodies” for either a refund or credit note within 14 days, providing they are eligible. Any ineligible goods returned will be refused, so it’s important that you read and understand the following returns information.
To be eligible to return or exchange a Smoove item, you must be able to answer a BIG NO to all of these questions:
Has it been 14 days since the receipt of the item?
Has the item been worn?
Has the item been washed?
Is the item damaged, changed in any way – or is it dirty?
If you can answer a BIG NO to all of these questions, then you may start the returns process:
A) Firstly send us an email to [email protected] regarding your return, so that we are expecting your item and therefor can process it quicker. Don’t forget to write your full name, order number, date of purchase and describe the problem. (PS. optionally place a photo in your mail showing / describing the defect / problem)
B) Pack the item together with your order number plus order name in a legible letter. And if you would like a refund, then write ‘Refund’ in the header of your return letter. But if you would like an exchange, then write “Exchange” and state the details of the exchange. Fx. : “Exchange” – I would like a red instead of a white.
For any exchanges we ask that you pay a new shipping fee to cover the cost of reposting the exchanged item back to you. You will be emailed an invoice through PayPal or credit card for the amount and will only be sent the exchange once this has been payed.
If you don’t write your exact order number or name, we don’t have any possible way to know that the returned order is yours, so without these vital informations, we will be unable to help you, process your return or exchange.

We consider your personal information as sensitive information and it’s therefore very important to us, that it is contained behind highly secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of people and partners, who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information highly confidential.
We at Smoove have therefore decided to write this separate GDPR description, to help you understand and clarify what information we collect, how we use it, who we work with and what choices you have. Since we’re an internet based company, some of the descriptions below can seem a little technical, but we have sincerely tried our best to explain things in a simple, clear and understandable way. And remember, we always welcome your comments and feedback on this policy, just send us your comments in a mail to [email protected] and we will get back to you asap.
1. When you provide it to Smoove – or give us permission to obtain it.
When you sign up on Smoove or buy our products, you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include for instance your name, address, phone number and email address, profile photo, comments, reviews, and any other information you provide us with. If you’re visiting Smoove on your mobile device, you can also choose to provide us with location data. And if you choose to buy something on Smoove, you provide us with payment information, contact information, and information of what you purchased. If you buy something for someone else on Smoove, you are also providing us with their shipping details and contact information.
You may also give us permission to access your information on other services. For example you may like or follow Smoove’s social media platforms (SnapChat, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumbler, Twitter etc.) which also allows us to obtain information from aforementioned social media platforms. The information we gather from social media platforms often depends on your settings or their privacy policies, so be sure to check what those are and check your settings on your devices.
During a customer purchase
When a costumer purchase a product from our store, we collect all the necessary data to fulfil the order, such as the name, address, email and relevant credit card information, which is used to complete the purchase, and we keep these date in case of:
- A return problem should occur and we have to solve a costumer related issue.
- Or if the costumer choose or return and buy something else from our store, then it will create a much easier, fast and smooth experience for our costumers.
All of our costumers credit card data are strictly protected by STRIPE, who is a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest and most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry (read a detailed description in paragraph 6. Who is our Partner – and what are their security policy).
When you place orders or access your personal information, we always use a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases only accessed as stated above.
Smoove keep our costumer purchase data for at least for 5 years, which according to the Danish tax law, is the required time frame. If a costumer should wish to be removed from our database within this timeframe, we will of course respect it, and all a costumer has to do, is to send us a mail explaining why he or she wish to be removed, and provide us with a full name and address to this mail – [email protected] – then we will make sure the costumer is removed right away.
But be aware, if a costumer wish to be removed from our database, before the average complaint timeframe runs out, which is 2 years, then it will be very difficult for us to assist and support any complaints or return issues, because after removal of all data, the customer technical doesn’t exist in our system any longer.
During a Newsletter signup
During a Newsletter sign up, Smoove collect the following information: name, address and email. When users of our website choose to sign up for our Newsletter they agree to receive information about new designs, special offers, coupons, website changes and other relevant information about Smoove.
All of our coustomers can at any given moment choose to unsubscribe or delete their account from our database by logging into their account and delete it, it’s that simple – or by contacting Smoove through this mail – [email protected] – then we will make sure it’s done right away.
2. Smoove also get technical information, when you use our website.
Whenever you use a website, a mobile application, or other internet services, there’s certain information that almost always gets created and recorded automatically. The same happens when you use our webshop. Here are some of the types of information we collect:
When you visit Smoove, our servers automatically record information (also known as “log data”), including the information your browser sends whenever you visit a website, or a mobile app sends, when you’re using it. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web pages you visited that had Smoove features, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request and how you used Smoove.me, plus the cookie data.

We also receive information, which may include whether clicks on ads led to purchases or a list of criteria to use in targeting ads.
4. So how do we use the information we collect?
We use the information we collect to provide our products to you and make them better, develop new products, and protect Smoove and all of our users. For example, we may log how often people view different versions of a product or a design, which can help us understand which version of a design is the most popular. If you make a purchase on Smoove, we’ll save your payment and contact information, so that you can use them the next time you want to buy something on Smoove. We keep these informations for a minimum of a 5 year period, due to our tax laws in Denmark, where Smoove are located. We also use the information we collect to offer you customized content, including:
- Suggesting new products or designs you might like. For example, if you’ve indicated that you’re interested in a special product / design, Smoove may suggest similar products / designs, that we think you might like.

5. You authorize us to transfer and store your information
Smoove.me is an international webshop. By using our store and purchasing our products, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside of your home country, including in the United States, for the purposes described in this policy.
The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access your personal information in such countries, may not be equivalent to those in your home country.
What choices do you have in regards to your information?
Smoove’s main goal is to give you simple choices over your information. If you for instance have signed up for a Smoove account, many of the choices you have are built directly into your account settings. When you close your account, we’ll deactivate it and remove your information from Smoove.
