The item I want is sold out, when will it be re-stocked?

We sell out quickly, but we’ll try our very best to re-stock asap!

Sometimes we might get a re-stock, but if not, we will offer an alternative solution to our costumers

I need help with sizes?

The best way to figure out which size to get is to check out our size and fit guide. By comparing this guide with your own size / measurements, you should get a pretty accurate fit.

Some of our clothing comes in a size called ‘ONE SIZE’, this size generally fits all standard sizes from XS, S, M, L. (fx. flexible material)

How to place an order?

It’s super easy and safe to place an order on our website – simply browse our store using the navigation groups or filter bar options. When you come across an item you like, then select the size, color and hit the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. Once you’re ready to checkout, click the ‘MY SHOPPING BAG’ button situated in the top right corner of our website and follow the on-screen instructions through the checkout process to pay. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can, but you better be quick, because we process orders super fast, so please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, if you wish to cancel or amend it.  And if you would like to add another item to your order after it has been completed, you will have to place a separate order.

 

Can I change the prices to my own currency?

Nope, at the moment we have chosen $ as our main currency, but we will maybe ad a few more currencies in the future, if our costumers show a demand.

 

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to all worldwide countries.

Regarding returns and exchanges 
SMOOVE only accepts returns for orders delivered within 7 days. Returns must only contain regular priced items with no discount applied to the order. Orders placed during promotional period cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items, lingerie and swimwear are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged as well. SMOOVE reserves all rights to deny refund to any items returned that have been worn / washed or damaged by the consumer. Items must strictly be returned in original condition and has to be unworn, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. For hygienic reasons swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted and returned.

Lost shipments
SMOOVE is strictly and only responsible for shipping to a given address. SMOOVE is not held responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given. Shipping to PO BOX address is not recommended and SMOOVE is not held responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries to PO BOX’es.

Refused shipments
If you refuse a shipment from SMOOVE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SMOOVE.ME. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

A few general Q & A’s regarding shipping:

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days. But you are able to choose from a wide range of shipping solutions, depending on how urgent you need your new SMOOVE  item.

You will receive a shipping notification email, that will notify you when your item is on it’s way.

I haven’t received my shipping confirmation email yet – has my order been shipped?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships off. If you haven’t received the email after a few days then we recommend checking your spam mail or junk mail box, to see if it’s hiding in there. If there is still no sign of it, then send us an email describing you problem to [email protected] and we’ll look into it for you asap.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased ‘on sale’?
All items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I get featured on your Insta, Face, Pintrest, etc.?
We LOVE to feature you guys chilling out in our stuff.
Just upload a selfie wearing your latest  purchase from smoove, by using @smoove.me or #smooveme on Insta or Face etc.  All of which are the only authentic SMOOVE owned social media platforms.

PS.If you should experience something strange regarding any impersonators or general performance, then please alert smoove asap. We would really appreciate you feedback and reward you with a coupon offer, if you experience something weird in regards to smoove.

Do you guys work with fashion bloggers, youtube heros or instagrammers?
Yup – of course we do, we love “SOME Heroes”, so if you got what it takes to rep SMOOVE in a unique way, and you have an interesting social following of fashion-hungry followers, who you believe would love SMOOVE, then send us a short and precise mail to [email protected], describing what you are able to offer SMOOVE. Please be aware that we are currently receiving a lot of requests, therefore regretfully in some cases emails may go unanswered.  But all of us at SMOOVE want to thank you so much for your support, it means everything to us!
